Steps to getting started

Assessment

The first step in my nutrition coaching program is an assessment of your current dietary habits, lifestyle, health status, goals, and preferences. This assessment include's gathering information about your medical history, dietary intake, physical activity level, food preferences, cooking skills, and any specific health concerns or conditions you may have. This will give me a comprehensive understanding of your individual needs and challenges, which will inform the development of a personalized nutrition plan.

Goal Setting and Planning

Once the assessment is complete, I will work with you to set realistic and achievable goals based on your specific needs and objectives. These goals may include objectives such as weight loss, improving energy levels, and/ or simply adopting healthier eating habits. I will then collaborate with you to develop a customized nutrition plan that outlines specific dietary recommendations, meal plans, behavior changes, and strategies to help you reach your goals. This plan is tailored to your individual preferences, lifestyle, and circumstances, and it may involve gradual changes to promote long-term adherence and success.

Implementation and Monitoring:

After the nutrition plan is established, you will begin implementing the recommended dietary and lifestyle changes with my support and guidance. This may involve grocery shopping tips, meal preparation techniques, recipe ideas, portion control strategies, and tips for dining out or navigating social situations. Throughout the process, I will provide ongoing support, encouragement, accountability, and education to help you stay motivated and on track toward your goals. Regular check-ins and follow-up sessions are conducted through the app to monitor progress, assess challenges, make adjustments to the plan as needed, and celebrate successes. This ongoing support and accountability are essential for long-term behavior change and sustainable results.

I would 100% recommend Vitality FIT. It was great having Mendy come to my house. She worked on my calories intake, exercise and goals. All specially designed for me and my activity level. There are so many things online but not all of them work the same for every person. On top of that she is so caring, always reaching out to me to see how my progress is going and keeping me motivated.
